COVID-19
The Poland Pavilion has been designed to suit the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic. Visitors may explore the exhibition with little to no contact with its components. The building is equipped with 20 UV-C devices to disinfect surfaces, as well as 12 stations with disinfectant liquid. All employees of the Poland Pavilion are required to be fully vaccinated.
Location
The Poland Pavilion is situated in the “Mobility” sector of Expo 2020 Dubai. You’ll need about 30 minutes to experience the main attractions — but it's best to reserve a full hour to enjoy the experience fully!
The fastest and most sustainable way to get here. The Dubai Metro Red Line takes you from the city of Dubai to the entrance of Expo 2020. First arrivals to the Expo Station are at 06:15 Saturday to Thursday and 09:15 on Friday. Last departures from the Expo Station are at 00:00 Saturday to Wednesday and 01:00 Thursday to Friday.
Dubai’s taxis and car hires are plentiful. Taxis can be booked by phone, but the simplest way is to download the Careem, Uber or S’hail app. Through the Careem app, you can also book ‘Hala Taxi’, which is Dubai’s most affordable taxi. There will be a starting flat fee of AED 20 for rides originating from the Expo site.
By Expo Rider and RTA buses
Get to and from the Expo 2020 site via a dedicated public bus service: Expo Rider. It’s free of charge for Expo 2020 visitors! You just have to show a valid Expo 2020 ticket when you board the bus and you can catch it from different locations in Dubai and other Emirates. Just remember where it drops you off as you’ll have to take the return trip from the same gate!
You can also pay to hop on any of RTA’s standard buses.
A special area designed just for kids can be found right in front of the Poland Pavilion’s main entrance. Our bespoke playground makes reference to the theme of bird migration and offers a world of fun for our youngest visitors. Don’t miss the Antigravity Mirror, where they can witness the illusion of floating in the air!
Language
Most of the Poland Pavilion’s hosts are students from five Polish universities. You can communicate with them in English and Polish. Some of them are also Spanish, Italian, Arabic, Russian, French, Ukrainian.
Accessibility
The Poland Pavilion was designed to be accessible to all our guests. The two-story building has an elevator. The restaurant is on level zero.
