10:00-10:45 - Signature Yoga Session – Alicia Goryszewski (IG: Goryszewska)
Signature yoga session designed to improve flexibility, strength, to correct posture. Stretch and feel better. The session is suitable to all levels, beginners most welcome to join and try for the very first time. Very friendly atmosphere with soothing relaxation at the end.

11:00-11:45 – ZUMBA – Andrey Chub (IG: andrey_chub)
Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — to help improve cardiovascular fitness.

12:00-12:45 - Boxing Class – Andrey Chub (IG: andrey_chub)
Fitness-boxing is one of the best forms of exercise, because it conditions the total body and provides a complete workout for your cardiovascular and endurance systems.

13:00-13:45 - Elastic Band Power Class – Michał Tumula (IG: Mike_t4u)
This low impact workout is for participants who want a class that improves fitness and muscle tone whilst being easy on the joints. This 45-minute class will activate all muscles in your body.

14:00-14:45 - HIIT – Monika Wulczyńska (IG: moniasewilo)
Class designed to build lean muscle and overall body conditioning using weights to perform functional movements.

15:00-15:45 - Stretch like a pro – Alicia Goryszewski (IG: Goryszewska)
Alicia will demonstrate and explain why and how to stretch. The more you are flexible, the less exposed to an injury you will be. Join and learn how to stretch your muscles correctly.
Warning: these stretching exercises are very addictive and super effective.

16:00-16:45 - Spin Class – Monika Wulczyńska (IG: moniasewilo)
The outdoor cycling class is designed for all fitness levels. The intensity of your ride is under your control, allowing you to work at a pace that is right for your body. Classes focus on drills that build power and endurance on the bike.
